Karma comes back around

Dear Pretty Girl,

I’m writing not to give you hope that you are going to get your lick back or that the person who did you wrong is going to hell but to remind you that there is a power bigger than you that believes in freedom, justice and equality.

As humans, when we are done wrong, we tend to think surface level and go straight to an eye for an eye, but on a deeper level when people are skilled, calculated and strategic there’s really only way to handle that and it’s by giving it to something more powerful than you. God. It can be so confusing when people don’t see how individuals can be so nonchalant and oblivious to the things going on, but you’re losing years off of your life trying to get people to see and understand weird behavior.

If I didn’t learn anything in my 3 years of being in my twenties I learned one thing: to trust myself even when others don’t quite see things yet. I speak about this often but women are so critical to a new world order, with that being said Allah (God) has blessed us with a unique and direct line to Him. We call it “women’s intuition”. We just be knowing. It may show up differently with every woman but every woman has it and the more you nurture and listen to it, like a muscle it gets stronger and stronger.

I say all of this to say that just because it may feel like only you see something and no one else sees it GOD sees it too. There is nothing more comforting than knowing something bigger than you is handling something.

You may see it or not. It may be years even decades but its not for you to wait for.

We are losing precious time and energy focusing on how karma is going to come back around and whole time you may not even be there to witness it. I think of us as God’s chess pieces because we really are all interconnected, one wrong move can throw off everything in the game of life. So trust that Allah (God) sees and hears. Sometimes things need to play out. Let it.
